Arrows Boxing Club

At A Foot Above Fitness
Men and women of all skill levels welcome!

Both experienced fighters and recreational athletes can get a lot out of our classes & facilities.

Whether you’re stepping into a boxing gym for the first time or you already have experience in the ring, Arrows Boxing Club is a place where men and women of all skill levels can train, learn, and grow.

Our boxing classes are designed for young adults and up, creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can work toward their own goals. You don’t need to be a seasoned athlete to get started. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, learn practical boxing techniques, build confidence, relieve stress, or simply try something new, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to help you along the way.

Think you’re ready for sparring? Gear up.

Before participating in live sparring at Arrows Boxing Club, fighters must have the appropriate protective equipment: a mouth-guard, head-guard, 16 oz. boxing gloves, and a groin guard for male boxers. Safety and proper preparation are our priorities, so all fighters must first speak with our coaches and have their boxing experience and skill level assessed before beginning sparring. This helps our coaches determine when a fighter is ready and ensure they are paired and trained appropriately. Not ready for live sparring yet? No problem. Our sparring classes include boxing drills, partner exercises, technical work, and other controlled activities designed to help newer or developing boxers build the skills, confidence, and experience they need to eventually step into live sparring safely.

Build Your Skills with Drills & Bag Work

Regular boxing drills and bag work classes are an essential part of developing as a boxer, whether you’re brand new to the sport, training recreationally, or have years of experience. For beginners and recreational boxers, these sessions provide a great way to learn proper stance, footwork, punching technique, combinations, defense, and movement while building fitness and confidence in a supportive environment. For experienced fighters, consistent drills and bag work help sharpen technique, improve speed, power, timing, accuracy, conditioning, and punching endurance. Working with the bag also allows fighters to repeat and refine techniques without the pressure of live sparring, making it an excellent way to build muscle memory and reinforce good habits. The more you drill, the more natural your skills become—and the better prepared you’ll be when it’s time to put those skills to work.
