Steady state cardio is all but dead for me now. Intervals for the win!
I’m still for some steady state after doing a >2minute sprint. Dr. Lyle McDonnld makes a good pitch for it in his book “the stubborn fat solution.”
But really, if you have cardio or fat loss goals, HIIT wins big time now after reading this.
