Jessica Godard

Zach is a great coach and trainer. I worked with him for six months, and with his guidance, I lost 27 lbs and 8% body fat. The exercise program he made for me was easy to follow and he was always willing to help me on my form and tempo. My meal plan was easy to follow, and he provided macronutrient guidelines which were easy to understand, and allowed me to make substitutions where I felt necessary. He was extremely responsive, and always answered texts and emails in a timely fashion. Whenever I was feeling insecure and doubting my progress, he was there to help me refocus, in order to hit my goals. Because of his coaching skills, I placed 2nd in my class at my first figure competition. I would recommend Zach to anyone looking to improve their fitness and/or nutrition, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Zachary Boissinot has been my personal trainer for the last few years. Although I have had a life time of sports and fitness, in recent years due to sports injuries and the like I slowly developed bad habits and became out of shape. Although I continued to do my work out my routine it was not having the desired results. I had put on extra weight (20lbs) and was no longer able to do the things I liked doing like playing golf, hockey and skiing. Zach helped me regain my fitness, and my health and my posture is significantly better. My back and shoulders which were causing me problems are stronger now than they have been since my 20s. I have regained the strength and flexibility in my legs that I had lost. I am now 20 lbs lighter but I have much better muscle control and development. I continue to maintain a constant weight but the extra fat that I was carrying has melted away and I am fitting into clothes sizes that I did in my 20s. Zach did a great job getting me to the point I am today. I would recommend him for others who are in a similar situation.

Yves Bourbonnais

My name is Yves Bourbonnais and my journey started June/July 2013 when I heard that three of my friends had heart attacks or severe heart conditions. That prompted me at looking at my own lifestyle and as you can imagine, it wasn’t very good. After a month or so I noticed that I had been at the gym only a handful of times and I wasn’t getting anywhere, my motivation just wasn’t there. This is when I met Zach for the first time! Zach is very knowledgeable about the human body and knows how to explain it in a way that it’s easy to understand, I got a whole new education in the first phase of training. He showed me the correct techniques of a deadlift, squats, lunges, core etc…

I can say that at this point in time I am as fit as I have ever been! I’ve lost almost 60 pounds and have dropped from size 42 to a size 34 and even that is getting loose. As you can see in the pictures the shape of my body has changed quite a bit! My cardio is great and the recurring aches and pains in my hips and knees are easing. With Zach’s help I can now say that this is a lifestyle and I’m not planning on stopping. I will forever be grateful to GoodLife, and Zach specifically, for helping me make these much needed and much appreciated changes in my life.
